USC's 2018 Recruiting Class--Can the Trojans take Five DBs?

January 24, 2018

USC signed an extremely talented DB class in 2017 and are on the verge of possibly supassing that class in numbers for 2018.

The Trojans signed Bubba Bolden, Isaiah Pola-Mao, Jay Godfrey and Greg Johnson last February and already have DBs Talanoa Hufanga and Chase Williams signed for 2018.

With the Trojans losing Biggie Marshall, Isaiah Langley, Jonathan Lockett, Marvell Tell, Ajene Harris and possibly Jack Jones after the 2018 season, they need another solid recruiting class to make up for those departures.

There are three big-time DBs USC is heavily pursuing and consiering the Trojans have limited spots left for the 2018 recruiting class, the question remains can they take all three.

Olaijah Griffin, Isaac-Taylor-Stuart and Julius Irvin are the three DBs USC has its eyes on. And all three are extremely talented and desired by many of the top schools in the country.

In fact, Irvin just took his final official visit to Alabama, Taylor-Stuart visits Tuscaloosa this weekend and Griffin has an official visit scheduled for Auburn on Feb. 2.

Griffin and Taylor-Stuart took their USC official visits Jan. 12-14 and Irvin took an unofficial visit Jan. 14. Irvin is planning to be back at USC for another unofficial visit this weekend.

Back to the important question of whether the Trojans have room for Griffin, Taylor-Stuart and Irvin.
