VIP GUEST LIST: USC Official Visit Weekend No. 3 (June 18-20)

May 26, 2021
1,015

USC will host its first group of Official Visitors since December 2019. The month will start off with eight Official Visitors and at the conclusion of the third official visit weekend, the Trojans will have hosted 24 official visitors.

All of the official visitors in June will be from out of state with the plan for in-state targets to take official visits in December. But USC will host many of the southern California kids multiple times on unofficial visits in June, July, August and during the season. For example, 5-Star CB commit Domani Jackson‍ told us he plans to be at USC most weekends in June.

While fans may think many of the Elite out of state prospects are heading to Los Angeles for free trips, USC has spent countless hours communicating with all of them and developing relationships this year. The Trojans believe they at least have a shot with every prospect visiting next month. Obviously most will end up elsewhere, but they'll be at USC for at least 48 hours in June.

If you're a recruiting junkie and seen the Top Schools Lists released on Social Media by kids across the country, you'll know many who Listed USC won't be on any our official visitor lists. It's taken a lot of hard work, strategy and execution of a recruiting plan to make these official visitor lists as impressive and they are.

The difference between where USC is positioned with recruiting heading into Summer now versus 2019 is striking. Nothing ultimately matters much until they sign kids, but there is a process involved with closing the deal during the December signing period. And the Trojans are in great shape at this point of the 2022 recruiting cycle.

We should also note USC isn't hosting the June visitors to simply show them the campus, wine and dine them and show them a great time, the plan is to close the deal with these elite student athletes.

USC SCOOP has THE LATEST on who's coming for USC Official Visits June 18-20.
