BREAKING: Cedar Hill (TX) OL Courtland Ford Commits to USC

December 9, 2019

USC continues to add depth to their 2020 offensive line class. On Monday morning, Cedar Hill(TX) OL Courtland Ford announced his commitment to the Trojans.

Ford, a one time LSU pledge, took an official visit to USC this past weekend and USC Scoop was told the Trojans made an impressive impression on him and his family. Before his USC visit, Ford took other officials to SMU and Purdue.

At 6’6 305 pounds, he projects as a versatile lineman who will add depth to an offensive line that is losing RT Drew Richmond to graduation and may lose Austin Jackson and Alijah Vera-Tucker to the NFL this offseason. He joins Casey Collier, Andres Dewerk, Andre Milek, Jonah Monheim, and Caadyn Stephen as USC’s 6th offensive line commit in the 2020 class, and its 10th commit overall.

USC Scoop will follow up with Ford on his decision to become a Trojan and provide updates on other targets moving forward.
